  • If you are using an automatic machine keep the documents to be faxed in a proper order in the fax tray. Ensure that the documents are faced up in the tray.
  • Dial the area code and the phone number where you have to send the fax. After the connection is made the machine automatically starts sending the pages. If this fails to happen press the send button manually.
